The Christmas decorations are out now and there's some stunning wreaths around! I've been inspired to make my own one with some silk hydrangeas I have at home.
You'll need a polystyrene ring (I got mine for £3 from a craft shop), any silk flowers, florist wire and a few Christmas baubles to match.
Put the ribbon (for hanging) around the ring first and build the flowers around it - it will be too difficult to try and add it once the ring is full of flowers.
Make hair pin shapes with the florist wire to make it easier to push the flowers and baubles into the polystyrene.
Space the flower branches evenly and fill in 'bald spots' with single flower heads.
Add the baubles to make it Christmassy!!
