VALENTINES WHOOPIE PIES
This is just the usual cupcake batter with some red or pink food colouring stirred into it. If you don't have heart shaped silicone cups then you can always do this clever trick with a marble. Only fill a tiny bit of batter so it doesn't rise too much.
I made a butter icing for the centre; once you've squashed the two hearts together, fill in the sides with more icing. Once you have a smooth layer around the heart, dip it into a bowl of sprinkles.
