Lovely Lace

I hope you're all having a wonderful weekend and enjoying the sun that's popped out for the evening.

Lace is a huge trend in fashion right now and is spilling into other areas like baking and crafts.   I've pulled together a few ideas I found online as well as a few of my own recent projects.

These gorgeous antique lace corsages were found on Rag Rescue, a great blog about recycling vintage fabrics.

I absolutely adore this lace crown I found over at Little Inspiration - click here to see how to make it.  what a cute idea for a little girl's birthday party!

Doilies have made a come back and are now making appearances at any good hostess's party!  How cute are these colourful hand dyed paper doilies?  You could match them to any party colour scheme.  See how to make your own at Charlotte's Fancy.

These lace iced cookies from Sweet Sugar Belle are absolutely stunning!  And from the looks of their tutorial, they seem do-able with a bit of patience!

These doily pancakes I made were inspired but something I saw on Pinterest - click here to see the original post.

This lace wedding garter is hand sewn and embroidered with the wedding date in 'something blue' thread.  This makes a really special gift for a bride-to-be.  Please get in touch to find out more!

And that's just the start of it, the rest is up to you - let your imagination run wild!
