Hello Friday: Two Ingredient Pancakes



Happy Friday!

Quick and easy pancake recipe doing the rounds - One banana, two eggs.  Mush the banana, scramble the eggs, mix them together and fry as you would regular pancakes.  Makes six or seven pancakes/crumpets.

They're super healthy so top with fresh fruit. Or if you're me...ice cream and syrup!
